We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Lead and Digital Marketing Specialist.

As a Preschool Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will:
  1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and generate leads for the company, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking events.
  2. Lead Qualification: Evaluate the quality and suitability of leads based on predefined criteria, such as demographics, industry, budget, and purchasing intent.
  3. Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through ongoing communication and engagement, providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns to move leads through the sales funnel.
  4. Database Management: Organize and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective lead tracking and management.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to align lead engagement strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to lead engagement activities, such as lead conversion rates, response rates, and engagement trends, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of lead generation campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and record relevant information to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
  9. Training and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead engagement, and participate in training programs or professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to lead throughout the engagement process, ensuring a positive experience and building rapport to foster trust and loyalty.
  11. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall corporate goals and objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  12. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements, to attract and engage target audiences.
  13. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize digital content and website structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic, using strategies such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  14. Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, and sponsored content, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  15. Social Media Management: Manage corporate social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and community management, to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
  16. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
  17. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign results using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  18. Website Management: Oversee corporate website maintenance, updates, and optimization to ensure functionality, user experience, and alignment with branding and marketing objectives.
  19. Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, personalize communication, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  20. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital landscape and inform marketing strategies.
  21. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across channels.
  22. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
