Overview: The IT Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our computer systems and networks. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment and software while providing training and support to remote and in-office users. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Note: This list is not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as required.

  • Deploy and set up workstations for remote and in-office users, ensuring they are equipped with necessary hardware and software.
  • Conduct regular hardware checks to ensure optimal functionality of components such as hard drives, mice, and keyboards.
  • Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, addressing and resolving Level 1 & Level II tickets in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and system functions as per organizational requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
