JOB DUTIES

• Reconciles payable/receivable accounting schedules 
• Records, processes and maintains all 1099 information
• Posts sales transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger and computer files 
• Manages office supply inventory
• Assists with bank reconciliations
• Balance schedules and general ledger accounts 
• Assists with end of month (EOM) process
• Other duties as assigned 

Job Qualifications:

• Accounting experience required, Automotive Accounting experience preferred
• Experience working with a dealership management system (DMS) preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Team oriented attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
