Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMonroe Staffing is looking for Warehouse Associates in Londonderry ,NH. Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a Warehouse/Distribution Center to ensure on time shipping and delivery of product to customers. Depending on the shift, focus may be either picking, packing , receiving or a combination of the three.Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift.
1st Shift Hours: 7am - 3:30pm (MON-FRI) Rate: $19.76
Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift.
3rd Shift Hours: 11pm -7:30am (SUN-THUR) Rate: $21.74 Warehouse Associate - 5th Shift.
5th Shift Hours: 11pm - 11am (FRI-SAT-SUN) Rate: $23.18

$1000 sign on bonus after 60 days (eligibility based on job performance and attendance)
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Accurate picking, packing and shipping of material.
  2. Receive incoming shipments; Verifies for correctness.
  3. Operate material handling equipment, Sit Down & Stand-Up Fork Trucks
  4. Handle clerical demands of the position.
  5. Other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or related experience
  • Ability to learn to operate the following equipment: Order picker, Sit Down & Stand-Up Fork Trucks
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
  • Frequently lift to 50 lbs.
  • sit or stand for long period.
