Job Overview:
Milford Hospitality Group will be opening a new quick service restaurant at 403 Broad Street in Milford, serving a variety of light fare throughout the day. As a Counter Attendant, you will be expected to provide exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet all customers in a friendly and courteous manner as they arrive and make them feel welcome.
- Answer any questions customers may have about the menu.
- Take orders, accommodating any special requests as needed.
- Prepare all food items, such as sandwiches, salads, beverages, etc.
- Plate dishes for dine-in or wrap for take-out in accordance with company standards.
- Clear, clean and reset tables as needed.
- Present customers with their bill and process payments.
- Prepare foods and beverages prior to service.
- Replenish food supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including counter, tables and kitchen in accordance with company standards.
- Clean and maintain all equipment.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, etc.
- Remove trash.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and alert manager to ordering needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Full-time and Part-time positions available
Barista experience is a plus
ServSafe Certification beneficial, but not required
RAMP Certification beneficial, but not required
