What does a Facilities Maintenance Assistant do?As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at Phil Long Ford of Denver in Littleton, CO, you will play a key role in maintaining our facilities. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will log work orders, perform maintenance tasks diligently, and ensure repairs are executed to the highest standards. Additionally, you will provide training to tier I Technicians, assist the team in repairs and maintenance, and help with snow removal and dealer lot maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include operating plow trucks and heavy machinery when qualified, as well as providing administrative support to the Maintenance Superintendent and Executive team. With after-hours on-call support and a willingness to work flexible hours for critical maintenance and repairs, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
