Overview:
We're in search of a skilled Remodeling Handyman Tradesman to bolster our team. In this role, you'll tackle a diverse range of construction and maintenance tasks. We're looking for someone with expertise in frame carpentry, construction painting, plastering, blueprint interpretation, estimating, concrete finishing, hardscaping, welding, restoration, and stucco work.

Duties:


  • Execute frame carpentry tasks like wall framing, door and window installations, and structure construction.
  • Handle construction painting and plastering to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Interpret blueprints to grasp project needs and specifications.
  • Estimate materials and labor costs accurately for construction projects.
  • Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools.
  • Manage hardscape projects, including paver installation, retaining walls, and outdoor structure assembly.
  • Weld metal components for construction or repair needs.
  • Restore damaged structures or surfaces to their original state.
  • Apply stucco for decorative or protective finishes on walls or ceilings.
