Warehouse Associate with Occasional driving


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks within our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods and materials. This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to process, analyze, and manage order statuses using the company's ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and store merchandise or materials, verifying accuracy against invoices or order forms.
  • Pick,pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records, updating the company's ERP system to reflect current stock levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle returns, including inspecting returned items, processing refunds or exchanges, and restocking items as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored in their designated areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments in both English and Spanish to ensure smooth operation of warehouse activities.
  • Process, analyze, and report on order statuses, utilizing the company ERP system to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Occasionally drive company vehicles for material handling and delivery tasks as needed, following all traffic and safety regulations.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of ERP systems for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
