Our team is growing and we're looking for the next team player(s) to add to the crew We are a boutique indoor play space for kids, looking for candidates who are self-motivated, have great customer service experience, and have a team player attitude. This position will be responsible for helping to deliver a great guest experience, hosting birthday parties, and executing special events.

We're looking for all shifts - so reach out and let us know your availability :)

These are our current hours of business (Subject to Change):

  • Mon - 9 am-3:30 pm
  • Tues - 9 am - 3:30 pm
  • Wed - 9 am - 3:30 pm
  • Thurs - 9 am - 3:30 pm
  • Fri - 9 - 3 pm plus parties at 5:30
  • Sat and Sun - 8 am to 1 pm plus parties at 1:30 and 4:30

Membership included for immediate families

Compensation:

$13 - $14 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival and check them
  • Ensure guest needs are met while in the space
  • Monitor children playing to be sure safety signs are being followed
  • Cleaning (light and some deep cleaning - tidying toys, cleaning toys, completing closing checklist)
  • Host birthday parties
  • Willingness and ability to engage with guests (parents and children) who are in our space
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Assist with party execution
Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in the computer
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Motivated with w/the ability to multi-task
  • Clearances or willingness to obtain clearances

Where the Wild Things Play is a new indoor play space for children and their caregivers We are a boutique space that offers imaginative, active, and educational play for children eight and under. We have created this space with children AND caregivers in mind, and want caregivers to feel like our space is a welcome getaway/one that they look forward to. We offer open play, birthday parties, and special events. We are constantly seeking new ways to bring the community together, build new relationships within our community, and better serve our guests
