Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to operate machinery efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. No license requirements are necessary for this position, but a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.

$17-$18/HR + BONUSES

TWO 10 HOUR SHIFTS, MONDAY-THURSDAY ($2 NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)

AM shift is 6am-4:30pm, PM shift is 7:30pm-6:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and protocols for quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace culture.
• Previous experience in machine operation is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
