The AmeriLux Family of Companies is Hiring We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our inventory and operations team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company.

  • Coordinates the scheduling and fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and manage the issuance of materials and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.
  • Conduct daily reviews of open orders to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve any issues.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory tracking system to ensure accurate stock levels and visibility.
  • Evaluate incoming deliveries and shipments, overseeing the receipt and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Communicate inventory levels and requirements with relevant departments to support operational goals.
  • Analyze and update inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy.
  • Own inventory control, including willingness to travel to the Menomonie location for day trips or overnight trips.
