Position: General Assembly Team Member

Status: Fulltime Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Payrate: $16.50 per hour

Location: Bloomingdale, GA

Seoyon E-Hwa is a leading automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding solutions. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, our primary focus involves offering Tier 1 manufacturing support to the automotive OEM’s. As we expand our operations, we are seeking General Assembly Team Members to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a General Assembly Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that parts are assembled efficiently and with the highest standards of quality. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the manufacturing of cutting-edge automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Line Operations: Perform various tasks on the assembly line, including but not limited to installing components and fitting parts in accordance to SOPs.
• Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure that all assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications set by the company. Report any defects or issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines. Collaborate effectively to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the assembly process.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper safety guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within the assembly department. Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
