We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full-time positions in our Rockford, IL location.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be fully licensed in IL
  • Willing to provide therapy in a school setting
  • Will be providing therapy at Rockford Christian 20 hours per week and Winnebago High School 8 hours per week
  • At least one or two years of clinical experience in counseling, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans
  • Willing to work at least one evening until 8pm
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Medicare provider experience
  • Mon-Friday schedule

KP Counseling is Illinois's premier Counseling, Supervision, Training, and Continuing Education organization. KP Counseling was founded in 2008 and is led by was founded in 2008 and is led by the dynamic Executive Director, whose experience spans over 27 years in a host of areas that include but are not limited to facilitating men’s groups, co-authoring leadership programs, conducting workshops and seminars, and serving as a consultant to businesses, schools, and churches. KP Counseling is different because KP partners with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops. They can employ students in practicum/internship and candidates in training to work towards licensure. His background and track record include developing a proven reputation as a solutions-focused manager, knowledgeable clinical supervisor, continuing education credit provider (CEU), and electrifying presenter passionate about teaching in this field. His background, experience, and vision collectively make this the quintessential organization for clinicians to hone their skills and become their best clinicians.
