Job Summary: Interested in becoming a CNA but not quite sure where to start? Assists in the common goal of maintaining the well being of each resident by working as a primary caregiver. Meets the basic needs of assigned residents by supervising or assisting residents with ADLs.

This position allows you to grow skills and knowledge in both long-term care and short-term therapy, while also strengthening leadership skills. Benefits:

  • CNA scholarship program eligible; must be certified within 4 months of employment
  • Shift differentials for evening, overnight and weekend shifts
  • 30+ hours per week is considered benefit eligible. Benefit program includes: Paid-time off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) with employer match, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and other voluntary benefits.
  • Sign-On bonus of $100 per month for 12 months for full-time, and $50 per month for 12 months for part-time.

Scheduled hours: Part-time or Full-time evening shift. All schedules include an every other weekend and holiday rotation.

  • Evening Shift: 2:00pm -10:30pm.


Eligible shift differentials: $1.00 weekend shift differential, $1.00 evening shift differential, $2.00 overnight shift differential
