Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound phone calls to assist clients with updating quote information
  • Working with agency software to enter data for personal or commercial quotes
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to identify their specific insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of new prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Requirements
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to type and navigate a computer and understanding computer software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
