YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME - PROGRAM MANAGER

ARE YOU THE RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME - PROGRAM MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To excel as a Residential Group Home - Program Manager at Pathlight, you'll need a diverse skill set. A strong foundation in social sciences, human services, or business administration equivalent to a 4-year college education will be essential. With at least 3 to 5 years of progressive learning and proven supervisory experience, you'll showcase your leadership abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and applications is a must, enabling you to effectively manage program coordination and documentation. Additionally, possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary to ensure seamless operations and client support.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education. Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of computer systems programs and applications.
- A valid driver's license, clear driving history, and reliable transportation/vehicle is required.
