The Project Planner will work to support the essential administrative functions of the solar project planning process. The main responsibilities include completing the welcome call and scheduling a site survey while providing a top-tier customer experience, we are here to work with them This role is also responsible for managing past solar projects in our CRM platform and will work closely with other teams to hit specific goals in pushing projects through in a timely manner. This is a role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. This person should be organized and able to take initiative to provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Manage projects in our CRM platform
  • Schedule and coordinate with customers
  • Audit accounts for accuracy and obtain any missing documents.
  • Work closely with site surveyors
  • Adapt to weather or customer scheduling requirements
  • Collaborate with other business units on daily operational tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, required
  • Minimum 1 year project management experience, preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with customer management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and criminal background
