Job Title: Delivery Driver | Reports to: Distribution and/or Dispensary Managers | Location: Homestead, FL 33030 | HIRING BONUS* Details Below.

Job Description:

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes as scheduled (patient to patient)

  • Follow assigned routes and time scheduled by dispatch coordinators and/or management

  • Load and unload coolers and prepare orders

  • Inspect and operate a company delivery vehicle safely

  • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve patients complaints

  • Collect varieties of payments (cash, canpay, etc.)

  • Inform customers about new products and services

  • Complete logs and reports

  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

  • Provide a positive experience for each patient

  • Assure orders are correct prior to departure

  • Complete trainings as assigned

  • Other tasks may be assigned by management

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good driving record with no traffic violations / No at-fault accidents in the last five years

  • Able to maneuver a vehicle for extended periods of time (OTR)

  • Can lift 50lbs+

  • Can bend, kneel, stand or sit as needed for long periods of time

  • Professional references are required to be considered for any positions within the company

Starting Wage: $16/hr. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits, PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days. Starting wages are determined by several factors including experience.

We are excited to offer a hiring bonus of $250, which will be paid out after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period. This bonus is subject to exceptional performance, attendance, and maintaining a positive record without any disciplinary write-ups.
