- Loan Processing
- Work with manager to develop, implement, and optimize process for partnering with the loan origination organization on getting deal prepped and aligned between operations and sales teams
- Implement and optimize process for generating and reviewing loan documents so that as changes are made they are integrated into standard process for moving forward.
- Selling loans off
- Implement and optimize process for selling loans off
- Document requirements that might be needed in our underwriting and integrate them in as needed
- Determine what the next steps need to be after a loan closed so that internal partners can move the loan sale forward
- Loan Operating System (LOS – currently Lendingwise)
- Keeper of the data: Ensure that information in Lendingwise is up to date and accurate in real time
- Specific responsibility for all information from Lead through Loan Closed
- Manage cross functionally to hold internal partner accountable for updating for items such as draws / Modifications / pay off / sell offs. Develop a process to do so in a collaborative fashion.
- Helping troubleshoot potential Lendingwise issues that arise from internal and external partners
- Leverage Lendingwise for all loan level reporting.

- Underwriting
- Work with manager to develop, implement, and optimize process for underwriting with the goal of screening out borrowers with a high likelihood of default.
- Build relationships with key partners such as the below. Partner with other functions and team members to determine who will maintain the lead in maintaining relationships.
- Credit
- Background
- Title/escrow
- Appraisal
- Property inspection / validation
- Insurance
- Doc drawing partner
- LOS system
- Borrower experience:
- Identify areas of opportunity for us to improve our borrower experience which will help with borrower retention and creating repeat borrowers.
- When areas are identified, define and work cross functionally across the organization to implement necessary changes / updates.

- This level of role is a hybrid position and requires performing their duties in person (i.e. physically present) in office at least 2 (two) times per week in addition to any ad hoc team or company meetings.
