Job Description:

This job is a concierge caregiver position, visiting mulitiple clients from 15 minutes to an hour each. You will be provided three meals a day and a place to take breaks.


Be the Care Hero: Always treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with dignity, kindness,
and respect. Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts.
● Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to:
bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.
● Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with
company policy and procedures
● Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients
● Record hours weekly and submit to supervisor


Minimum Requirements:
● Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
● 2 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
● Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening

CPR & First Aid certification
● Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray
● AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
