Job DescriptionJob Description

SUMMARY:

The CMM Programmer will be responsible for overseeing and performing the 1st Article, In-Process & Final Inspection of machine parts and assemblies as well as preparing the final data package for customer review and acceptance. Individuals will be required to use various metrology tools to measure and compare actual features on components to the part requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience
  • Inspect using conventional inspection tools
  • Interpret complicated aerospace drawings, specifications & GD&T
  • Use comparators, CMM’s, Faro Arms, & Laser Inspection devices
  • Use a personal computer and Microsoft Office software.
  • Interface with other departments to accomplish tasks.
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean work area daily as required.
  • Working ability to apply all applicable safety requirements to comply with regulatory agencies.
