POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electronics Technician is responsible for repairing and up-grading of electronic equipment. The work schedule will be a rotational hitch of 21 days on followed by 21 days off, or 14 days on and 14 days off. Daily work shifts will be 12 hours.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain and repair all NDT equipment
- Order and manage spare parts for NDT equipment
- Current IRRSP or state card
- CR/DR Level II and UTT certs are preferred
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license
- Ability to troubleshoot in-field robotic technology systems
- Competency with electronic systems, GPS systems, strong computer skills
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate working in extreme climates (subzero temperatures) for extended periods of time
- Must be comfortable working in cramped or confined spaces.
