Primary purpose of the role:

We are currently looking for a Reconstruction Journeyman/Lead to join our team. This position will be assisting the Reconstruction Manager of Hawaii's largest locally owned and operated Property Damage Restoration Company. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the work of the Reconstruction team.

Basic Job Duties:

  • Hanging doors, cabinet installation, framing
  • Installing various types of flooring
  • Hanging sheet rock; texturing
  • Basic plumbing; electrical skills helpful
  • Be reliable and adept at construction problem solving
  • Utilizing mobile devices, i.e. iPhones, Tablets, etc. for projects
  • Visiting multiple job sites
  • Updating clients on job progress
  • Supervising reconstruction technicians

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience
  • Reconstruction technician experience
  • Own transportation and basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer literate to work with our job management software program

Minimum Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent
