We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to lead our team in a paint body shop specializing in truck. As the Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the paint body shop operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of paint technicians and body repair specialists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of truck painting and body repair projects.

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Inspect work in progress and final results to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
