Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Recon/Used Car Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive repair and possess the expertise to ensure that our pre-owned vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on pre-owned vehicles to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
• Complete recon work, including but not limited to, detailing, mechanical repairs, and cosmetic enhancements, to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of recon activities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a recon or used car environment.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
