Registered Nurse-RN-Lakewood-NJ

A nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes is looking to immediately hire Registered Nurses to work as Lead Critical Care Management, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants. A minimum of 3-5 year of experience in Management, excellent team leadership skills, as well a state license is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring team members are fully trained.
Serve as a resource for any clinical matters.
Supervision of quality production.
Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project's goal.
Drive the performance of staff by creating a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
RN license
Behavioural Health experience
Excellent leadership skills

Schedule:
Night shift from 6 PM to 2 AM
Pay rate:
$85k a year
Benefits:
Full health coverage.
6 days holiday.
