As a 1099 Commission-Based Agent, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule and drive your own success. Your mission will be to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored life insurance solutions that offer peace of mind and financial security.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them select policies that meet their needs.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and our warm lead program (no cold calling).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to best serve your clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must hold a valid life insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
