Responsibilities

  • Setting the table & dining area
  • Greeting customers
  • Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
  • Notify manager on duty for all noted guest allergies.
  • Delivering food to tables
  • Delivering a great customer experience and taking action to correct any problems
  • Follow all Food Handler and Alcoholic Beverage certification guidelines, such as food safety, handwashing, and checking ID’s for the consumption of alcohol
  • Prepare checks and process payment
  • Help food preparation staff when necessary: side dishes, garnish, and etc.
  • Buss assigned tables when necessary: removing dishes and glassware and preparing table for next guest
  • Support location with operations tasks and leadership responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Cash handling
  • Minimum 1 year Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter, in an equivalent role
  • Demonstrated leadership and operational skills
  • Available 25 hours or more per week
