Job Summary: As a Bilingual Warehouse Operator and Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain warehouse machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and automated sample making systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse operator and machine technician.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills – bilingual
