Location: Verona

Four Winds Lodge is looking for an RA for our Assisted Living facility, including a secure memory care unit. We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team. Four Winds is a privately owned facility that offers a friendly work environment.
  1. Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed, ensuring optimal health and safety of each resident.
  2. Monitors the health and emotional status of each resident.
  3. Follows physician orders, including the supervision and documentation of medication intake, as well as lab and x-ray orders.
  4. Ensures the accuracy of distributed medication through the use of proper protocol.
  5. Serves meals and assists in the feeding of residents.
  6. Assists with resident activities on an as-needed basis.
  7. Provides accurate and appropriate documentation regarding resident health.
  8. Reports observed resident signs, symptoms, and changes in resident conditions to the RN.
  9. Actively listens to resident's expression of needs or concerns and reports them to the RN when appropriate.
  10. Demonstrates utilization of good basic communication skills in resident care.
  11. Assists with light housekeeping as needed
  12. Cleans and maintains selected equipment
  13. Assists with special cleaning projects as assigned
  14. Demonstrates ability to independently recognize lodge and/or resident needs and respond appropriately.
  15. Responds to call lights promptly.
