Production Associate

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction AssociatePeoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent bottling liquid manufacturer in the Kingsbury, IN area, is seeking production associates and machine operators to join their team Production Associate Job Summary:

1. Pay: $18 an hour
2. Shifts Available:
   1. 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

1. Operate and monitor equipment on the bottling line to ensure smooth production flow.
2. Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the bottling process to maintain product integrity.
3. Assist with the setup and changeover of equipment for different product runs.
4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding production to supervisors on time.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Production Associate Qualifications:

1. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
2. Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
