We are seeking an experienced and hard-working bartender to join our team at Aventura Sailing Club in the scenic Dana Point Harbor. We are a members only club and positive relationships with our members is key. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:


  • Thursday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:


  • Crafting fun and interesting cocktails.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Managing monthly inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and minimizing wastage.
  • Providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a bartender.
  • Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Availability to work the specified hours.
  • Must be of legal drinking age and have the necessary certifications (e.g., Responsible Beverage Service Training).
