Stratton Amenities is a national luxury hospitality company specializing in front desk concierge, valet parking, courtesy patrol, and janitorial services for the property management industry. We are currently seeking a superb leader to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, driven Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our janitorial and housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients to discuss service offerings
  • Hire and onboard new team members
  • Train housekeepers and porters on cleaning tasks and procedures
  • Oversee daily staff performance and ensure quality standards are met
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements as needed
  • Coach and educate staff on company culture, cleaning procedures, and processes
  • Motivate team members to resolve issues that arise on the job
  • Manage and exceed client expectations
  • Build rapport and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Janitorial or Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
  • Hands-on experience in coaching and training housekeepers
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
  • High school diploma required; some college is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
