Trib Total Media, LLC is hiring a full-time Cash Processing Clerk at our Greensburg office. Strong clerical skills and mindfulness to detail, along with Excel knowledge, are required. Your work schedule will be M-F, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Initial training will take place in both our Tarentum & Greensburg offices. Requirements include a high school diploma.


Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Balance daily cash receipts
  • Prepaid balancing
  • Batch/post Circulation/Advertising payments
  • Process Gemstone refunds
  • Key Circulation Returns
  • Match payments
  • Process refunds
  • Process monthly credit card payments after statements are generated
  • Process phone/-email credit card payments
  • Maintain A/R e-mail
  • Deposit checks
  • Measure daily newspaper and complete supplemental reporting
