Job Title: Clinical Proceduralist Lead

Position Overview

Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is looking for a Clinical Proceduralist Lead to join our team. Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer and/or CRNA, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. He or she will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all patients. The Director of Clinical Procedures leads a team of clinical support staff. This position will demonstrate strong clinical leadership by providing training as needed to their team, lead their team through change, as well as supervising day-to-day activities within team.

Departmental Responsibility

• Provide basic care

• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects

• Monitor and document vital signs

• Start IVs for therapy infusions

• Assist with patient comfort

• Help coach staff as necessary

• Set up procedure rooms

• Perform follow up calls

• Inventory and stock supplies

• Will perform TMS treatments after training

• Develop personal organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain strict confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

• Organize and prioritize all work to ensure that all clients are taken care of.

• Provide support to other staff as necessary.

• Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner.

• Conduct follow up calls on patients according to policy and procedure

• Check patients in/out

• Other duties, as assigned.

Director Duties

  • Working closely with the practice leadership team to set the goals for efficient back-office operations through thorough and complete knowledge of practice operations and procedures
  • Working knowledge of clinical duties for every position.
  • Delegate the team’s roles and activities
  • Motivates, develops, and leads team as they work.
  • Implements policies and procedures for direct reports.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and provide timely resolution to patient concerns as needed.
  • Empower employees to achieve clinical excellences and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Will ensure that clinical operations are patient-centered and mission-focused. Continuously looks to seek improvement and implement best practices.
  • Enforces all HIPAA compliance guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

  • Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Requires ability to work under stressful situations demanding high concentration and energy level.

  • Contributes to the corporate culture and activities are expected. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and teamwork oriented.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • RN, Paramedic,
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably multi-state practice.
  • Previous experience supervising in a medical/clinical setting preferred.
