  • Sets up and conducts tours of the community with prospective residents and families.
  • Assists families through the paperwork and move-in process to make the transition as seamless as possible.
  • Completes paperwork on all new admissions.
  • Maintains resident rosters, making updates and revisions as needed.
  • Assists residents and families with non-medical problems or concerns and facilitates communication with appropriate department.
  • Respond to all employee, resident, or family grievances related to department services in a timely manner.
  • Complete discharge process.
  • Assure that resident rights are being respected and followed at all times.
  • Completes evacuation scores quarterly.
  • Interview and complete new hire paperwork.
  • Review and submit payroll.
  • Complete and send long-term care invoices monthly.
  • Create and keep track of new hire, monthly, annual, and as needed education.
  • Create employee schedules for activities, housekeeping/laundry, maintenance, and leadership.
  • Create monthly activity calendars.
  • Maintain staff forms.
  • Complete deposits.
  • Submit pictures/videos for social media/website.
  • Order office/medical supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Receive and deliver mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Answering phones.
  • Submitting incidents reports to WSI in a timely manner.
  • Educate staff on benefits and assist in completion of benefits paperwork.

This position is Monday-Friday.
