Housekeeping/Cleaner

Primary Responsibilities:

Our Housekeeping/Cleaners play an integral role in the success of our team and our community by creating a place our residents are proud to call home. We are looking for team players that are passionate about cleanliness, have attention to detail and creating exceptional resident experiences.

As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and preparing vacant apartments in a timely manner
  • Clean business offices and any interior common areas
  • Ability to perform physical tasks; such as bending, reaching, lifting, stooping and get up and down ladders safely.
  • Reports issues if found during cleaning
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Must have a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manger and Property Manager

What You Bring to Us:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate and be a team player
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to use, carry and wear 30lb back pack vacuum up 3 flights of stairs
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and work safely with different cleaning agents.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous work experience in related field a plus
  • Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member
  • Candidate must be able to work independently, but be team oriented
  • Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
