Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location:- Winston-Salem, NC, 27103

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Day 12-Hours Night

Pay rate:- $50- $60/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention, to patients admitted to the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient cardiac rhythms and intervene appropriately in case of abnormalities.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency procedures as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to promote patient safety and compliance.

Requirements for Registered Nurse - MS/Tele:-

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in [State]
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
