Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their wellness needs and preferences.
• Create personalized aromatherapy blends and treatments tailored to individual client concerns.
• Administer aromatherapy massage sessions using essential oils to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
• Provide education and guidance to clients on the benefits of aromatherapy and essential oils.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and workspaces.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in aromatherapy and essential oils.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure seamless integration of aromatherapy services into spa offerings.

Qualifications:

• Certification or training in aromatherapy or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Aromatherapist, with expertise in creating custom blends and conducting aromatherapy treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of essential oils, their properties, and therapeutic benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
