Fleet Mechanic

You will be responsible for performing skilled mechanical work in the maintenance and repair of our landscaping fleet vehicles and equipment. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our team The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing large fleets of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all are adequately maintained and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large fleet of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control fleet operating costs.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in fleet maintenance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance software and tools.

Experience and License Requirements:

• Maintenance of landscaping equipment and vehicles.
• A valid Driver’s License.
