Customer Service Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description

Then you might be an excellent fit for the customer service representative position at our company As our brand ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines of customer interaction while being responsible for responding to customer inquiries in-person and over the phone, mitigating potential service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
  • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate all custom orders with the production team
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • 2+ years business-to-business sales support and customer service experience
