Primary Functions Preparing charting and prepping charts– 50-60 charts per day / administrative tasks
  • Patient Care Coordination
  • Scheduling Meetings
  • Faxing/Mailing Orders
  • Maintaining Provider's Schedule
  • Liaison between Hospital and Providers
  • Communicating with PCPs
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Data Entry
  • Patient Chart Review
  • Communication with Operations Team
  • Multi-task with multiple EMR systems
