Turndown Attendant

The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Turndown Attendant who has a profound interest in hospitality and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession. Our exceptional group of talented, creative and thoughtful crew members each bring a unique perspective and consistent determination to the cleanliness of our beautiful property.

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for keeping the Inn in "ship shape" with a keen eye for detail. Additional responsibilities include:

• Dedicated to a thorough understanding of current knowledge of housekeeping standards, all hotel facilities/services and local attractions/activities to respond to any guest inquiry, VIPs, and groups

• Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted, following all room cleaning procedures

• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates
• Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests at all times. Promotes positive guest relations at all times and uses guests’ names if known.

Preferred qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to impact the guest stay while delivering exceptional results and exceeding commitments.

• Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required.

• Highschool diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
