Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the firm’s concepts and what places us above others in the industry.
- Share your enthusiasm for exceeding client expectations with clear communication, attention to detail, and timely execution of deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of the nature of assurance work and the differentiators between compilations, reviews, audits, and consulting/advisory services.
- Complete specific assignments under supervision in a technically competent manner within allotted timeframe.
- Elevate your organizational and productivity skills using automation.
- Develop working knowledge of the CPA firm tech stack: MS Office suite, Workflow Software, computer-assisted auditing techniques, time and billing, tax prep. filing software, emerging AI-enabled solutions, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or data analytics.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated computer skills including MS Excel and Word.
