Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of mid-rise multi-family residential buildings. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and manage project budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure that all work is completed to high quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or obstacles that may impact project progress
- Communicate regularly with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being completed as planned and in accordance with project specifications
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to ensure project success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in mid-rise multi-family construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or CCM, are a plus
