Our lawn care technician are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers of ABC at all times, professional behavior is expected at all times while servicing a home or business and respect and care of customers' property is required. Our Lawn Care Technician provides lawn services to include fertilization and product application to residential and commercial lawns. You are expected to manage your route to maintain the health of a customer's lawn as per ABC’s protocols.

Requirements:
  • Verifies property address/location before treatment has begun
  • Apply materials on lawns to eliminate turf pests and undesirable vegetation
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and handle occasional irate customers and still maintain good composure.
  • Identify the source of the issue and target it to achieve maximum results
  • Makes suggestion for prevention control
  • Identifies and reports any damages to customer's property
  • Use personal protective equipment as is required or for prevention purposes
  • Meets deadlines of route and informs staff of resets and skipped services or not completed work
  • Attend required department meetings and company or vendor training as required
  • Other duties as assigned
