Position Summary:

The RV Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. This role requires a strong understanding of RV systems, mechanical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues in RVs.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and system inspections.
- Install, repair, and replace RV components such as appliances, HVAC systems, generators, and more.
- Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify potential issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an RV Service Technician or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
