We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020. We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.
There are Part-Time positions available working a mix of Day and Evening shifts. There are Full-Time positions available working Days or Evenings. You will work a varied scheduled including every other weekend.
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Part-Time is eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Nurse responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nurse skills and requirements:
- Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
- Prior LTC experience preferred.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
