We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our agency, you'll play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, promoting our insurance products, and contributing to our continued success.   • No Experience? No Problem
  • Entry-level candidates with no active Insurance license start with a base salary of $18/hour.
  • Are you Experienced in the Insurance Industry?
  • Candidates with at least a year of Insurance experience and are currently licensed for P&C can make $60,000 and more in their first year including commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking, online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
  • Exceed phone/sales quotas set by management is expected.
  • Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.
  • Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to get a Property & Casualty license however one is not required to apply
  • Preferred candidate to be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Candidates must have basic computer software knowledge.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
  • Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
