Interview patients, measure and record vital signs. Accompany physician or mid-level provider during patient's examination to scribe all dictated notes, orders, medication, labs and other pertinent information utilizing electronic medical record eClinicalworks. Documenting the plan and assessment for the provider. Schedule diagnostic procedures, obtain preauthorization as necessary. Document all patient-related communication in patient's electronic medical record. Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, provide appropriate information to callers. Perform other duties as assigned.
